​How do I
place an order?
All orders can be placed directly through this site. Please note that all products are made to order.

Payment
& Shipping
Once confirmation of payment has been received, all orders are shipped within 3-7 business days. Sosheik Bouteik is not responsible for lost or stolen items. In the warmer seasons, jars of butter will melt if left in the heat for long periods of time. We are not responsible for orders melting in transit.

& Refunds
We are currently not offering refunds or returns. Note that the products that are being bought are handmade and %100 all natural so they may vary from batch to batch. If you are not completely satisfied with your order don't hesitate to contact us at
